1. A deposit of £50 per person to accompany each booking – this deposit is nonrefundable.
Some holidays are payable in full.

2. The balance to be paid at least SIX WEEKS before departure – if not we do reserve
the right to cancel your booking and offer the seats for sale or return the rooms to
the hotel as unsold. The final date and amount to be paid will be on your deposit
receipt – reminders will not be sent, though we will make a courtesy phone call
to jog your memory if payment is late. Travel documents will be sent out 7 to 10
days before departure – this will tell you your exact pick up point and time and
labels to go on your luggage. Please be aware that times given verbally are very

3. Single rooms usually cost extra and are often difficult to get – so if there are two of
you why not try and share.

4. Luggage is restricted to one medium suitcase and we do take great care with
conveying your belongings but we do carry it at your own risk. Valuables should
be deposited in the hotel safe -not left in your room – as holiday insurance does
not normally cover items stolen from hotel bedrooms. Don’t leave your luggage
unattended and it is advisable to take our insurance which covers loss or damage
to your luggage. Please note – not all hotels offer porterage – a good reason to not
pack the kitchen sink and it also keeps your driver happy.

5. If you have to cancel your holiday please inform us in writing as soon as possible
and it may be necessary to levy charges for cancellation as below :-

6. Information regarding routes, stops etc is correct at time of printing but we may
vary routes and itineraries if necessary

7. We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, strikes or
other conditions which make it impossible to operate.

8. All prices are correct at the time of printing and we will make every effort to
maintain these prices but we do reserve the right to increase or decrease the price
of the holiday after booking has been made and up to the date of departure.

9. Whilst every effort is made to operate the holidays as advertised we do reserve the right to
change hotels, itineraries and prices if necessary.

10. The company accepts no responsibility for any injury to or death of persons or any
damages or loss or property or for delays or the consequences thereof.

11. The company takes great care that the information relating to all holidays is accurate and
based on genuine expectation but cannot accept responsibility for changes which take place
in relation to accommodation, services or amenities booked after the time of printing unless
they are so substantial as to represent a standard inferior to that reasonably to be anticipated
from the brochure.

12. The company will not delay the departure of the coach or any other means of transport
if you arrive late. The company is not liable for any loss or expense suffered by passengers
because they arrive late.

13. Any special requests regarding rooms, coach seats, diet etc can be made on the
understanding that the company will do their best to get your request granted but cannot
accept responsibility if the request is not granted. Requests need to be put on your booking

14. The company accepts no liability in respect of any detention or delay of passengers or
for any alleged loss or claim arising from any breakdown, fuel shortage, delay, change of
route, alteration or accident not involving personal injury in the course of the route or for
disappointment or inconvenience or injured feelings.

15. Request for particular seats will be met wherever possible but please remember that
allocations are made on a first come first serve basis so early booking is advisable.
16. Please remember that lifts, swimming pools etc may require servicing and we cannot
guarantee that they are always available. Entertainment provided by hotels is often subject
to demand and it may be varied due to insufficient numbers staying at the hotel – or may
even be cancelled at the last minute.

17. Smoking is not permitted on any of our coaches.

18. Infection Control Policy – due to the increasing number of Norovirus and Viral Gastro
Enteritis cases we need to adopt a strict policy to protect our staff and other passengers. Any
passenger suffering from either vomiting and diarrhea at present or within 72 hours of the
holiday will not be able to travel. Refunds of money will not usually be able to be given –
claims will need to be made from your holiday insurance.

In accordance with “The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992” all passengers
booking with Mounts Bay Coaches Limited are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the
balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from cancellation or curtailment of
your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Mounts Bay Coaches Limited. There is no requirement for
Financial Protection of day trips, and none is provided. This insurance is only valid for packages booked that
DO NOT include flights. Consumer aware: Your booking is insured by IPP Ltd and its panel of insurers. This
insurance is only valid for passengers who book and pay directly with/to Mounts Bay Coaches Limited. If you
have booked or paid direct to a Travel Agent for a holiday with Mounts Bay Coaches Limited please request
proof of how the booking is secured as this will not be covered by IPP Ltd in this instance. This Insurance
