November 2017

Saturday 11th – 8 am Barnstable Shopper and Atlantic shopping Village.  Lots of interesting stores including Cotton Trader, M&S Outlet, Pavers and lots more. Adult – £17  OAP – £16 Child – £9.

Saturday 18th – 7 am Bristol Christmas Market. Based in the pedestrainised Broadmead area in the centre of the shopping quarter – host of chalets. £23 per person.

Saturday 25th – 8 am Exeter Christmas Market and Shopper. A mecca for Christmas shopping with over 25 merchants selling clothing, jewellery and lots more plus all the usual shops. £16 per person.

 

 

December 2017

Saturday 2nd – 9 am Plymouth Shopper and Market. City centre piazza with over 50 log cabins selling local food, drinks and gifts plus a Bavarian Bar. £13 per person.

Saturday 9th – 9.30 am Padstow Christmas Festival. Showcasing the town at its best, the festival is one of the UK’s largest, with chefs, food, crafts and entertainment. £12 per person.

Sunday 10th – 10 am Cotehele Christmas Garland. This year is the 60th anniversary of the 60ft tradition, so the flowers are chosen to give it a diamond anniversary look. There is music under the garland and logs glowing in the fireplace. All the flowers are grown at Cotehele, picked in the summer and then hung to dry. National trust members – £14 per person. £21 per person including entry.

Saturday 16th – 8 am Exeter Christmas Market and Shopper. Fantastic market on Cathedral Green. £16 per person.

 

 

January 2018

February 2018

Thursday 1st – 9 am Matthew Bournes CINDERELLA. Music by Prokofiev at Plymouth Theatre Royal. Following the sold out success of The Red Shoes we have a return to Plymouth to one of the most popular productions, a thrilling and evocative love story set in London during the Second World War. Matthew Bournes interpretation of the classic fairytale has at its heart a true war time romance. A chance meeting results in magical night for CInderella and her dashing young RAF pilot together just long enough to fall in love before being parted by the horror of the Blitz. 2.30 pm Matinee. March 2018

Thursday 15th – 9 am SUNSET BOULEVARD Plymouth Theatre Royal. Andrew Lloyd Webbers Tony award masterpiece directed by Nikolai Foster and starring Rita Jones comes to Plymouth for 1 week only. One of the all time great musicals, it is a compelling story of romance and obsession based on Billy Wilders legendary film. Full orchestra. 2.30 pm Matinee. Stalls and dress circle. £52 per person.
